- Assistance with Prior-Authorization Paperwork and Benefits support
- Basic Physicals provided
- TB Tests and follow-up provided
- Staff will obtain medications as prescribed
- Psychosocial assessments provided
- Off-Site Screenings provided at hospitals, jails, transitional homes, PNOs
- Limited Transportation can be provided
- 24hr Staffing
- Congregate meals provided
- Hygiene and Ancillary items provided
- Independent Living Skills, Individual & Group services provided
- Off-Site Support groups
- NO SECURITY DEPOSIT NEEDED!

NAFI Site Requirements:
- 18yrs of age or older
- TXIX (AHCCCS) Eligible
- SMI Diagnosis
- Meets ASAM Criteria
- History of Substance Abuse
- Referred by RBHA
- No medical condition that requires more than reasonable accommodations
- PNO Medical Records Required
